Joss trained at Winkfield Cordon Bleu Cookery School in 1988 and gained her diploma in Cordon Bleu Cookery. She then went on to cook in London for large major companies in the directors dining rooms; She has cooked for many famous people and then went on to be a private cook for prestigious British families.
We are situated between the historic Preseli Hills and dramatic Pembrokeshire coast.
We live on a dairy farm which is managed by Andrew and have a variety of farm animals to delight our guests, including a dairy herd, beef, sheep; some rare breed, some pet Pygmy Goats and Kune Kune pigs.
